Hi everyone, how about some trivia.

Each time,I enter this forum, I will ask a trivia question, about a "famous" stratocaster player.

Give yourself 10 points if you correctly answer the question. You must keep track of your own score and at the end, we will see, who has the "greatest strat player knowledge".

I am not sure, if this has been done before, on here, but it might be fun.

All questions, references, will be coming from, common knowledge info, from Wikipedia and IMDb.

If you guys get bored and want to shut this trivia down, just let me know

Are you ready?

Question 1 :
His parents are Richard and Margaret
He was born on October 16, 1977 at Bridgeport, Connecticut.
The middle child of three siblings.
Played the violin when he was very young and started playing guitar at 13.
When he was in high school he played in a band called "Villanova Junction".
Later on he went to Berklee School of Music in Boston.

Who am I ?

Take care

JASTER

Hi Guitar Jackson

Would that be Stevie Ray Vaughan ??

He called his guitar "Number One".

Bought it in 1973 from Ray’s music Exchange store in Austin Texas.

It was a 1963 Stratocaster with a 1962 neck.

Take care

JASTER :) :) :)

Hi gang

Answer to question #1 was John Mayers.

Question # 2

I was born May 4, 1937 in Boston, Mass.

My father was Lebanese and my mother was Polish.

I was given many amps from Leo Fender, but I kept blowing them up!!!

I am considered by many to be the true " Father of Heavy Metal ".

I do not eat red meat and I have been studying martial arts for
30 years.

Who am I ?

Take care

JASTER
