Changed the pickgaurd from brown to pearl and vintage tuners to Fender Schaller locking. Had the fret edges filed as the dry weather in vegas shrunk the maple neck. She's MIM and a fine axe. Very sexy and has great tone!

Crypto, does 'Sapphire' always mean a transparent finish on a Fender?

Beautiful guitar, by the way.

VERY nice. A buddy of mine picked a used one in transparent red. They look amazing with the gold hardware. Enjoy it.

The best thing is that the amazing finish is so near exclusive. A thing of beauty for sure.

Nice choice.

Where did you get the white pickguard with the hole for the bridge pickup button, or did you drill the hole yourself?

Gorgeous. I have a Highway One in that Saphire Blue transparent and sometimes I just sit and look at it....

Beautiful guitar, by the way.

The color chart shows a "Bright Saphire Metallic" but I have never seen one personally.
