Hey Strat People,

I am not liking the nut that came on my strat and want to replace it with the LSR Nut. Please give me some feedback on this. Thank you.

THe one warning I'll give is once you go to the LSR nut, you can't go back. You must drill new holes.

What is it you don't like and have you thought of a Earvana.

I use the tremlo a lot and do some 2+ step bends and find I have to tune a lot more than normal. I have heard that the LSR nut will aid in keeping the guitar tuned for longer periods of time. Not worried about the install of the LSR and I know the procedure for the install.

Make sure you also have locking tuners when you switch to the LSR else dive bombs can still leave you out of tune when a wrap of string jumps a groove.

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.
