Wow! Had I seen it at the guitar store, I might have come home with it too! My 2006 (small headstock) Hwy One looks very similar.

Sweet! I bought the same guitar with maple neck recently so I know the feeling of not wanting to put her down until the fingers start hurting. Now quit playing on the internet and go play the guitar.

AWESOME AND CONGRATS. She is gorgeous. I think either the american standard strat or the american standard tele are just the best guitars made. RI's , CS's , Artist Signature model and Relics are all okay (I can afford them, but choose not and never will own one) , but the true masterpiece in which all are measured against are the 2 American Standard Models.

Now go and play that beautiful guitar.
