Is the place you bought it from going to refund your money?If this is a legitimate site you would think they would do something for you to get your money back...Sorry to see this happen to you..

I think this is an old thread, and the place offered him a full refund, or a partial refund if he wanted to keep the guitar. I think he kept it and got some money back he was going to use to upgrade this guitar.
