I'm one of those that really like the vintage noiseless pups and they are so good for the Clapton tone, but many think not vintage enough yada yada yada...(and I'm talkin' specifically Clapton VN tone, not Lace Gold or any other tone).

That's a nice find. It's got all things I like in a Strat. Certainly a lot less $$$ than going for a Clapton Signature.

Yeah, one of the guys that I jam with walked out of a GC today with one of these for $550 with molded case, TSA latches, out the door!
