I was just wondering (i'm sure it's been asked before), but what years and ways have the pick up cavity routing been changed on MIA Strats? Like when did Fender change from the vintage SSS body routing to something different, and what routing platform was it, and so on and so on. I have seen bodies with "swimming pool" routings, bodies with HSH routings, and of course the old vintage SSS routings. Just wasn't sure what era each one changed.

The swimming pool route was introduced in the 80's. Not sure as to a specific year sorry. The hss was early 90's and the Hsh was latter 90's.
