i'm not sure if there is anyone else in the Toronto area but just so you know, the guitar shop is having a fender only sale (actually all fender brands ie. Guild, Jackson etc!) im way excited. thinking about picking up the 2009 american standard matching headstock limited. i was in there last week and they had the fiesta red and surf green.

I heard they had HWY1 SSS for $680

actually, it IS called "the guitar shop". its on the southside of lakeshore across the street from la music. la music is good too. i bought a strat deluxe from them back before the price hike for $1200. only problem with them is that they employ "gibson" people. they don't really help you out unless you are interested in the $3500 custom behind the counter. guitar shop always got low prices. ie. bought this jaguar two weeks ago for $799, major american retailers advertise online for $1250.

the sale is on all fender brands 10% off their already low price.

one more thing about la music(by all means check em out) they only have strats and teles though. guitar shop has jazzmasters, jaguars, strats, teles, one mustang and a lot of options for colours.

i just re-read everything... if your looking for an lp, guitar shop has them but your better selection will be at l.a music.
