REMEMBER intonation is only most accurate when it's just been restrung. And also remember that because of the nature of the instrument, i.e. it's a fretted instrument, your intonation will never ever be BANG ON accurate. There will always be some give either way, but it's inaudible unless you get a scarily accurate tuner.
