ruined by painting?? hardly.

that's not an antique, so no harm redoing it. on top of that it is a first rate job, cool unique and personalized design, tailored to your specific genre.

looks great!!!!!!

First off, your Strat looks great. Really great, actually...

I think there is an element of rarity to your guitar, but not so that it will make your guitar worth a lot of money. When people buy Strats,
they seem to want there to be a trem even if they don't use it. I think that is why Fender killed the hardtail option in the first place.

Please, for your own sake, remove the pic with the serial number. Not just now but right now. Your own personal beliefs will not stop others from taking advantage of you.

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.

Sweet looking HH Stratocaster. The pinstriping is awesome and really brings the body out along with that pickguard. Very nice.

I'm glad to hear that. I'm not going to fret (ha,ha) about ruining my guitar any more.

Although I have never liked an "H" on a strat unless it fit into the single- coil footprint, I think yours is really cool. The pickguard and the pinstriping go very well together.

The fact that it is a hardtail drew me in, I guess... :)
