Ernie Ball Regular Slinkys. Been using EB's for years - every once in a while, I'll adventure out and try something different, but I always go right back to the EB's. My last attempt was DR's - didn't care for them at all. EB's are like a comfy pair of old jeans. They just feel right.

i use Ernie Ball 0.10

They sound awesome on my strat. And you keep the tone in a long time. And they are not expensiv as other strings.

Surprised that none of you savvy stratists have stumbled onto SOB (Snake Oil Brand) strings. Much more manly tone and last for months if you wipe down after playing. Used EBs and DMs, DRs when I was feeling flush, but tried the SOBs on my Tele Custom (Callaham hardware, Fralin pickups), played for I swear to goodness 6 months and they sounded, played and recorded as well the day I changed 'em as when I put them on. They are a little stiffer at first, but you get used to it. Try 'em, you'll like 'em.

Ernie Ball either the yellow pack 11's (I think they're Beefy Slinky) or the Not Even Slinky 12's. Anything smaller than 11 just doesn't feel right.
thanks ill try them

I use Elixir strings, except on my American Vintage 1957 Commemorative Strat which has Fender Super 250R nickel plated strings.
