Hello Bluesguitar65,

If I were in guitar buying mode{which I'm not}
I would jump on a SRV.
Thanks for letting us know.

Cheers.

NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :cry: :cry: :cry:

I guess it doesn't really matter though, since it's still not close to being in my price range. And I can barely get my hand around the neck of one of those anyway. lol

Road Worn????? Man, sorry to say this, but dump the road worn idea and get the SRV or American Deluxe for the same list price as the road worn. A big NO on road worn for $949, but yes if it were less than $500. The SRV for $999 is the cheapest I've seen it sold brand new.

Now, you can use MF's Fender Friday to price match the price at your local Guitar Center..... They will have to, but I'm sure the store manager will freak when he sees these outrages prices.

The EJ sig strat haven't seen it sold at that price since 4-5 years ago.

I'm still at work and deciding if I will take this tempting bait, if I do I can't decide between the SRV or the EJ sig. I already have two American Deluxe strats.

O_O Dammit! If this had been the deal a week ago I would have totally got that SRV instead of the G&L Legacy I just bought.

What color is the American Deluxe? I know they usually limit it to all the same color.
