There's a couple of threads in this forum surrounding Callaham Tremolos. In viewing their "zero clearance fit Delrin bushing" I hit upon a very economical and effective fix. I took a short length of clear heat shrink conductor tubing and shrunk it at the upper threads of the tremolo arm. This will take up the slack in the throat of the tremolo block's arm cavity. It works especially well for those who have lost the spring that falls out without taping the hole shut every time you remove the arm. Its very durable and economical.
