i was wondering if anyone would be interested in buying a year 2000 Squire fender in surf green, by the looks of it, its surf green and it seems like a 70's style fender, it is signed by pete townshend and i need to buy a new guitar because i am doing grade 8, the reason why i didnt get a better is because it was all i could afford at the time and because i have only been playing for 2 years i didnt think i needed one. Next guitar either a John mayer black one or an american vintage 57 strat.

You dont need a better guitar for grade8. You may need the guitar setup, squire are perfectly servicable instruments. Checkout TexasGuitarSlinger's youtube video's of her on her squire for proof.

Your maybe just a little nervous of the upcoming exam. In which case theres not a lot anyone can do for you except tell you to have a little more faith in your instrument. Your far better off having what you know infront of you than a strange new instrument. Get it setup mate, it'll do it the world of good.

Oh and btw, If you want to sell it ebay is a far better option than here, its against forum rules and the post may be removed. Not having a pop, just saying.

thankyou very much that really helps because i am also recording but its just the bridge is really mucked up i mean luckily i am not too nervous cuz i got distinction on grade 7 but its probably sub concious nerves thankyou very much though
