A friend of mine told me if I tightened my Tremolo screw in a little it would be a little easier to play. I tightened up then up and lowered the Tremolo bridge. Now when the guitar is in tune, the "G" string hums real bad. Any suggestions?

Yep heres what you have done.

By lowering the tremolo flat or nearer the body, you have lowered the strings nearer the neck.

Its a easy fix. Simply raise the saddles of the strings by turning the allen screws, theres 2 on every saddle. Do one string and count how many turns you put on the allen screw till the string plays cleanly. Then turn every other allen screw on the saddles by the same amount. That way you will keep the radius set at the bridge somewhere near right.
