I am wanting to try GHS 0.10 - 0.50 strings but my EJ Stratocaster currently has Fender 0.10 - 0.46 strings on it. Will I get away with this change without needing to make any adjustments to the neck or is that unlikely?

Should be ok, but might need to adjust intonation very slightly.

+1 :)

agreed.... any time you change the strings especially to a different gauge the intonation should be checked. Possibly check the neck relief as well going to heavier strings, but it may not need it.

Many thanks, guys. I wasn't sure if I could get away with it if it was only the bass strings that were heavier.
