I have a 52 American Vintage Hot Rod tele in butterscotch, but it is not my favorite, even though it is an awesome axe. My fav is a Custom Series 50's stratocaster. Great neck, styling, weight, and the lower output pickups that, to my ear, have superior tone.

My favorite guitar is always the one I happen to be playing at the time, so atm it is a cheap as$ $150 acoustic. Later my favorite will be either the RR1 or the strat, all depends which one I use :P

These three ... I just can't pick one right now, but I will try to work on it. I will say that I will NEVER get rid of the Tele...

I have "better" and more expensive guitars than my '03 Highway One Strat. I bought it used and the p/u's must have been changed out as they sound much better than the stock p/u's I've played. The middle pickup is reverse wound, also. It has a rosewood fingerboard and I love maple. I don't understand the grip this guitar has on me because if I could design my own it would be much different. Of my 12 guitars, this one gets the most attention.

My favorite recording guitar would be my '02 Deluxe Powerhouse Strat in Incs Silver, noiseless p/u's thanks to the dummy coil under the p/g, and it has a 12dB boost.

I guess they aren't very special guitars, but they are special to me.

My favorite is a MIA Standard Strat...
Maple neck
Sienna Sunburst Body

Once I saw it in a local guitar shop, I couldn't stop thinking about it. I broke down and bought it right before the big price increase earlier this year. Couldn't be happier with it!

This one of course! It's an '06 60th Anniversary American Deluxe HSS with Callahm trem bock and SS saddles. The micro-tilt crap went in the trash; didn't need a shim. The baseplate is flush on the body with 5 springs. How does it sound? Like angels singing and God's wrath all rolled into one! The thing resonates so well it shakes rather than vibrates and you have to stop notes from rining, the sustain is that good. Did I get a good one? Hell yeah! and the extra bits have done nothing but make it better!
