My wife says I keep them all in my pocket. She finds them in the washer all the time.

I always keep a pick in my pocket. It makes me think about playing...works well to reduce some stress at work. I've also started using a pick as a ball marker when I play golf. I keep a handful of picks at my store and give them to kids that play guitar when they come in for prescriptions. They seem to like it. Other than that, I keep my picks in a little tin next to my amp.

I must be strange...I never have more then 6 picks at any given time...one in each of my guitars (crossed in the strings) and two in my wallet.

people ask why I dont have some around when im playing a gig......I tell them I only remember two times in my life of playing (39 years) of dropping them......and since i went to using heavy picks i never brake them.

Main I really like tha ball mark idea, gonna throw some in the bag! A nice Fender 351 celluloid is much cooler than a quarter.

I have a pile of them right beside my guitar cases along with all my other gear( tuner, capo etc). I have a few on my computer desk for when im playing in front of the pc, i have a pile in an ashtray in my living room for when im up there, and im always finding ones scattered everywhere in the house. Also keep a few in my wallet.

This is on purpose as i remember living at home, having very few picks, and never being able to find one, so now no matter where i am in my house, there is always a pick within arms reach!

I have this huge old ceramic ashtray that used to belong to my Grandma. It's been "recycled" as the home for my guitar picks.
