I was painting my own p-bass recently and after doing the clear noticed some impefections around the periphery in some places. So I tought I might re-shoot the outside the with the sunburst technique and then re-clear the whole thing. I was sure that even with the same color you would be able to see the difference but it would be very subtle...

I was to call that "Intraburst".

I get first copyright on this one...
