What would be a good action height for the treble and bass strings if I'm using 11 gauge strings? My strat has currently very low action and it feels very incomfortable while doing bends... it slips from my fingers or something.

i find after having adjusted string heights many many times it is much better to adjust to feel rather than anyones suggested specs. if you have no start point set up to fender specs thats a great place to start but now take out your allen wrench and make half turns - retune and play. you will know immediately if you are bettering your set up according to what you like. keep turning and retuning until you feel you are now going away from that sweet spot. you will probably need to raise all your strings togther at first to get away from the low set up that may be hindering your bending. when you get it where you really like it - now take and adjust with quarter turns to fine tune the heights. i have found i prefer some outside strings set up a little higher in relation to the fret board. you will find your perfect set up after adjsuting and readjusting. DONT BE AFRAID to experiment. i also have found as i have improved in my playing my string heights have risen quite a bit. you will want to make sure you check your truss rod adjustment and bridge adjustment first then finally do a intonation adjustment at the end of your string height adjutsments. NOW you can record YOUR specs in a note pad. you can adjust again all day long and if you dont like it - set it back to your last best liked specs.
