Came as case candy from the factory with 2004 model American Standard Stratocasters? And 2004 American Deluxe Stratocasters?

This is what came with my 2004 Am DLX 50th anniversary edition:

Thin black leather on a nylon web backing with leather ends. Fender logo on one end. (The same thing came with my 2005 Am Dlx tele)
