They look to be AllParts necks, based on the offerings and dimensions. I have not bought them from relicmasters, but AllParts necks, which are made in Japan are some nice necks. It looks like they sell them a bit cheaper than AllParts retail.

I believe they are made by Fujigen, Tokai or Dyna, the same folks who manufacture the Fender Japan necks, but I am not positive. I have not asked an AllParts rep about it. They are definitely made in Japan, as each one comes with a sticker stating so. The only thing about them is that the fret ends are "raw" and need to be smoothed with a fret-end file, in addition to leveling and crowning. They are very good quality necks though, but with limited options.

I've bought one neck from them years ago and certainly do not recommend their business.

Were you speaking or RelicMasters or AllParts?

Regarding Allparts (if it was them) what kinds of issues did you have? I have bought several necks from them as well as several other parts, and have found them to be very professional and courteous, and sell generally high quality products. Aside from needing fretwork and finishing, the necks have always been very high quality.

I do not know about RelicMasters.

Both.
1) Relic Master for its atrocious customer suport (they probably don't even know such a thing exists.)
2) AllParts since the nitro finish was subpar and the neck had a significant back bow without tension making it hard, if not impossible, to correct even with strings on.

I've never had that problem with AllParts necks ... I've always found them to be of the highest quality. The finish was most likely applied by RelicMasters, judging by the price. AllParts sells finished necks but I would think that RM probably buys unfinished one's and finishes them themselves, because the one's from AllParts that come finished are really factory quality finishes. These are the same necks used by Fender Japan. It's too bad you bought through RM, because I'm positive AllParts would replace any defective item without question. I've never had a problem with AllParts customer service and recognize several of the sales people by name by now. I've used probably close to a dozen AllParts necks and can't find any fault with them ... I have a personal guitar with one on it now in fact, an SRO model neck. I would hate to turn people away from them.

I believe you are correct regarding the finish, I bought another Allparts neck couple of months ago from a local store, it was also nitro and the finish was perfect.
The one I had from RelicScrewers had orange peel and sand throughs.

I take back my negative comment on AllParts and stand by the one about Relic Masters
