what slides do you all you with your strats?
pyrex heavy glass, brass, ceramic or steel?

Glass on the strat, brass on the tele, it matches the saddles (yes thats the only reason). :lol:

mmm well i like to mostly use glass slides on all my guitars when doing slide work. but most of the time when im playing somewhere i always forget my slide so i always use a beer bottle. :lol:

Mudslide porcelain slide. It's got a sound somewhere between glass and metal. I also have a bunch of bottlenecks that I cut from wine and booze bottles with a tile saw.

Pyrex glass on most of my guitars. I have a brass, and a stainless steel but they're both more shrill sounding than I like.

The glass give me to nice, mellow tone I like and feels better to use.

I got a glass job I use on my ring finger
and a brass one for pinky couse thats
what fingers they fit.

ive been taking slide guitar more seriously now.
im getting used to using my fingers more and pick less.
i have a brass slide, im cutting one out of a wine bottle thanks to a great idea. thanks supro.
