I got $300 knocked off the price of my EJ at GC. I did help that I bought a Cyber Twin SE that same day. I just plugged into it for fun to try out the EJ. Wasn't planning on buying any amp, but once I tried the "Trowerful" setting I had to have it. Pure Bridge of Sighs tone.

An EJ AND a Cyber-Twin on the same day?! Yes, I bet they were willing to deal.

I aspire to a CT and I could buy it today if I wanted to, but quite honestly I'm already having a difficult time justifying my considerable investment in gear for my meager musical talent.

Enjoy them both !!!

I love Sweetwater and Musicians Friend. They are both great to work with.

My only complaint with Sweetwater is that they assign an "engineer" to you who must work on commission because mine e-mailed me everyday until I told him I purchased elsewhere. Then he went away. Otherwise, they treated me well.

Had a little extra come in so I ordered an American Strat (3 Tone Sunburst) with a Maple neck from Sweetwater. So far so good. My rep has made the shipment so that it will be delivered on my day off from work which is great because I want to be there when its delivered and I hate rerouting. He also said they will check all parts and functions (Set up, Intonation, Electronics, Etc.) before its shipped to me. If all is OK I will certainly buy from them again. :)

I received the Strat on Friday( One day before the scheduled date) and I must say that I am impressed with Sweetwater. Everything was perfect, No damage in shipment and its set up is fine. I must have been lucky on this one because its perfect for me. So no complaints here and I happy with everything. I would not hesitate to order from them again. :)
