Does anybody know if the 2009 American Strats have a hole routed
under the pickguard just below the neck and middle PU's?
I've seen them on the Mexican Strats.

I don't own an '09 but I'd guess that it does.... I guess no one here has ever popped the hood on their '09 strat? :roll:

I've seen a few MIA bodies that have this feature but usually they don't.

i have an '09 standard.....what hole are you looking for? I'll pop the hood and check.

I think he's referring to a route down the length of the body, centered, from pickup to pickup. This is generally where the pickup wires would run.
