Wow, look at that Strat!

Thanks a lot for the pictures. I had never seen "under the hood" of that era Strat to see exactly how that type of trem was set up. So I was real glad to see those pictures. Now I know.

My other guitar is a Strat.

I decided to hold off, $850 is a lot of dough to dole out without 100% certainty about the guitar. I'm gonna look around some more and if I missed out on a steal or a great guitar I'll have to live with it, but I think I'd always second guess the decision. It's a beautiful guitar and tghe exact color I want, I just think i'd rather go for the standard stratocaster and not the "second series" stratos fromt he early 80's. I did some reading this weekend and all i read about the second series says they weren't too popular. Tough decision, but i'm gonna hold off.

Dicemup that is a sweeeeet Strat though!
