Here is an idea my daughter came up with. She was playing with her Shrinky Dinks oven/machine thingy and decided to make me a guitar pick for me. So she drew out the shape of a pick and decorated it. Then cut it out and placed in the oven. The pick had to be created about 3 times larger then what you want so that it can shrink down to size.

Just kind of a cool way to get your youngins involved in music.

The crazy thing is, it works and works well. It is an extremely hard pick. about equal to a 2.0. But I think this thing will last forever!

Here are some pics

sorry for the bad pick. I am bad with camaras. But you get the idea. She even put my name on it

Very cute. Just got my daughter learning how to play, she's 5, and the wife bought her a first act guitar and she enjoyed it so I bought her a Hello Kitty Mini Strat.

That would be a great idea for a new band to give out at shows! 8)

It actually works extremely well now that I've put an edge on it. I rounded out the tip end a bit and now it works great. Assuming you like heavy gauge picks.

I'm going to go buy a bunch of Shrinky Dink ovens and start up a custom handmade pick business on ebay! 8) (your hand crafted one of a kind custom artwork pic with your band name on it) lol

now all I need is my for daughter to gather a bunch of workers......oops I mean friends to come over and help with the business adventure. And the best thing is I can pay them in Lolly pops and bubble gum!

I am not a fan of heavy pics, but a cool idea. Now if Shrinky Dink can make thinner sheets, we may have a winner.

Since I tried the V-Picks, I haven't used anything else... the Snake and the large pointed ruby red are my favos!
