First, sorry for my bad English please.

What is a model of guitar? It's very strange. Looks like a copy of '62 stratocaster, but has 22 frets on neck, HSS body (but pick guard for three single-coil pickups, from other guitar). "Fender" logo on the tremolo, "F" on the heel of the neck. 22 frets.
Serial number N610xxxx (Corona Plant, 1996-1997).

Tuners has been modified, photo is very bad, but you can see the hole from the old tuner.

The serial number suggests its a 1996 American Standard. Its not a vintage series. If it was, the serial number would begin with a "V".

American Standard guitars has truss rod at the peghead. On the photos you can see truss rod at the heel, and 22 frets. Vintage guitars 60-s has truss rod at the heel, but has only 21 frets.
