Post subject: Strat with thicker neck than USA deluxe ?

Hi
I own a Strat USA deluxe which is a great guitar but I also own a Gibson Sg which has a thicker neck. I fingd the thicker neck more comfortable and am less likely to get cramp whilst playing ( particulary bar chords )with a thicker neck

My question is which Strat modals that have a thicker neck than the USA deluxe ?

The Classic Player 60s Strat has a thick neck with a 12 inch radius fretboard. It's cheaper than the artist series and American Vintage Hot Rod if you're on a budget but it's an excellent Mexican made Strat.

No the SG Standard has quite a thick neck probably descibed as a 50s neck or U shape. Thanks for the info on the classic player and other thicker necked Strats

Surprised no one has mentioned the Kenny Wayne Shephard Strat. The Shephard strat has one of fhe fatest necks on a strat. I guess no one here has played one yet.
