Yep Mr Mike.. Snooze u loose weekend on all scratch and dent items. Friday deals are still on.

I just called (9am central time) and after some searching the rep told me they are still waiting to hear from Fender. She suggested checking back in a few hours. Very helpful and apologetic gal.

So... we'll try again in a bit.

Are these "walk in" deals or over the net?? I want a Friday special for a third the price of retail, but I'm in Australia......

The deals are over the telephone line.
You call em up and ask are there any Friday specials
specificly electric guitars & they let you know whats up for the
day. Many times the pricing can be darn near unbelievable. A pal
called up about a certain guitar week after week, After a few months
it was a Friday special. He saved about a $1000, a week later a
great guitar arrived, And frankly much nicer than I would have
given mail order credit for,{I was guilty of guitar envy}.
So give em a call, I'm not really shure if the ship down under.
