I would not touch the Fender until I felt very confident that I could perform the task at hand with success.

I already found a place that sells the inlays I am looking for. So that is half the battle already won. I thought I'd have to create the inlays myself.

While searching for info on Inlays I came across some insane artists out there. Simply amazing!

I found one place that already offers the Fender headstock logo and the Fluer de Lis position markers I want. To my surprise the position markers were very affordable.

I want Fluer de Lis position markers because they are a very integral part of my Family Crest. So they have special meaning for me. As for the Fender headstock logo. I was a little disappointed to find out that my idea was in no way original. LOL

OH MY GOD!!!

There's been a bad misunderstanding here - my fault, without doubt.

That inlay is absolutely NOT my work - sadly!

Those are pictures of one of the PRS Dragon guitars; the Dragon Four, I think. I only posted them as a fairly supreme example of inlay work, as an encouragement to Scot.

I do apologise for any disappointment caused - especially to Kong after his massive compliment...

'Course, the most disappointed person here is me. If only I could do that kinda thing!

 - C

I should apologize for assuming... I did follow your build project earlier this year and I thought it was very impressive.

Thank you kindly! :D

I'm hoping to have something new to show quite soon, for which I will be able to take the credit...

Cheers - C
