Hi guys: relicing is great, isn't it? Just look at this fabulous relic'd car I just bought. Naturally, I had to pay way over the normal price for this, but I think you'll agree it gives me amazing street cred. Now everyone will believe I'm a real racing driver when I pull into the supermarket car park...

Mojo comes from the player.

Martian, when I meant cheap, I meant cheap. So if I couldn't fix it, I wouldn't feel bad stripping the parts, and using it in the fireplace to woo some lady.

light wear isn't too bad i guess, I wouldn't intentionally put dings/scratches, but I like emulating the yellowing on the neck/clearcoat. I just like the softer shade I guess.
Like I say there's a difference between :

and this:

Guess which one I think roadworns are.
PS: I can't take credit for this comparison, i got it from another forum, I saved the pictures, because I agree, and I post it from time to time, to illustrate the point.

The relic work the boys at the Lamborghini Custom Shop do is marvellous to behold, isn't it?

(Don't actually know much about Italian sports cars - is that a Lambo?)

I JUST DONT GET IT.

Nor do I and apparently, I never will. That Tele is nothing but an out and out disgrace.

+1 I don't get it either and I never will, especially when it's a nice guitar. It's almost like paying a lot more for a pair of cheap jeans that they tear and scuff and stain purposely, only it's worse when it's a beautiful guitar. It's just all fake. :D :D JMHO
