Basically I have a Lite Ash Stratocaster and a Showmaster FAT HH. I went to Schaller strap locks, locking tuners (Lite Ash), graphtech string saver saddles, etc. Otherwise I prefer to buy guitars that already sound good and have Seymour Duncan pickups (again, my preference).

That looks great Joe. I will build me two Strats and paint like my two classic Buicks. One will be Tampico Red and the other Bronze Mist.

I'm almost done building that guitar... the only problem i have now is the tuner bushings are too small and don't sit well in the holes in the headstock. Does anybody recommend anything i can do to keep them in secure? Or are there other ones i can buy? like converters?
