I have a strat that I purchased used about a year ago. Wondering if anyone out there can tell me more about it. It is a Vintage reissue (gathering from the V + 6 digits serial number). I'm mainly curious about the gold hardware - was that standard that year (I believe the guitar was a 2007 model). Thanks

Well a picture would be helpful, as would a few other details. Is it maple boarded? Big headstocked? 3 or 5 position switch? Customshop or production line? 2,3 tone sunburst or solid colour? See through white with heavy grain underneath?

It is solid color (Vintage white). The headstock seems to be of usual size. It has a 5 position switch. Rosewood fingerboard. Definitely does not have the see-through finish like the Mary Kay models. I would guess it is a production line model - no finish wear. Actual serial # is V154302. Knobs and pickups are aged white. 3 layer pickguard (white)
