Doesn't really surprise me, but the price does!

Notice the backside of the neck, vintage tuners and who knows what pups are in it?

Forum member, Jeff, is from RI, maybe he'll go check it out for you.

Hi Mike,

Looks like Duke is sporting a solid rosewood
neck on that strat, Very nice indeed.
I took a look at his tour schedule, a hard workin man.

Cheers.

I think if Duke wanted to sell his guitar, Duke could do it. Maybe I am just a product of the time, but I smell manutia in the air on this one.

Unless Duke has become a crack head which I highly doubt, something just does not sit right with me on this. What is Duke going to do with $800. Why wouldnt he just sign it and give it to some charity event where it would raise more money .The guy is an ace player and gigs on a regular basis besides doing instructional dvds and books . The whole thing just makes no sense to me.

I thought road worn when I first looked at it. Does not make sense.

Look at the guys "other auctions".

A few more guitars of Duke Robillard's (allegedly) and some great Fender items that I might be able to use. :)

I vote Road Worn.

And it doesn't capture "that 50's vibe" with the rosewood neck, does it?

If you're wondering, why not drop Duke a note and ask if those are his guitars?
