Vinny knows that neck isn't a Fender, but he sures makes a lot out of the "licensed" part. How do you know it's licensed by Fender? What make is it?

With all of those holes in the heel of the neck, I might wonder if it's the proper scale (because it might have been used on some other type of guitar, which might not correspond to Fender's standard dimensions, like those Agile SX "strat" copies).
