I just bought a white Mexican Strat (MZ7 serial No.) and although everything's great on it and it plays well, it looks like a left handed headstock on a definite right handed body. Also, the bottom pickup is angled the same as a left handed strat. Has anyone seen this before? I'm hoping it's not a copy.

Probably a Partscaster or an outright fake. Sorry dude, but I don't think Fender ever manufactured anything resembling what you've described.

Seems to me like fender did make something with a reversed headstock for a while.

Hey, thanks for your responses - I feel much better that the reverse headstock version is known, thanks for that. I wondered about the Hendrix-styled possibility. Plays great!
