Did they leave the gates open again?

Do you think the CS would do a relic job like the bottom of the body on that guitar? I don't think so. I could do that with a sander. I'ts not even where a guitar would naturally wear. Of course I can always be wrong.

Oh, and thanks for telling us O!!

I'll be the first to say I'm sorry and was wrong if it really is a CS Relic! :)

I blame the Coriolis effect... antipodean guitars become relics prematurely. Don't hold it against us!

You came on here acting like you knew nothing and asked for help. You also stated your father bought you the guitar and all the rest of your story. We are a good group of people and are always willing to help. Now you tell us you build them to sell to others. What are we to believe? I still wish you luck. Nobody has done anything wrong to you but ask questions so we could try to help. This is not our first Rodeo my friend. Good luck!!

sorry you feel you are being picked on.....but from what i read....they are just asking for more info. to see if its real or not (there are alot of fakes out being made) not that you yourself would.....but you could of had a fake passed onto you.......i have been reading these forums everyday for a few months....and i have found out that these people are very happy to see someone own something really nice....but your responce to them makes me think either you are to young to even collect them (which you siad this one was) or you are out to see if you could pass a fake by them before trying elsewhere......if im wrong it wont be the first time

I would love to see some more pictures.

And you had better clean up your language.

Haha - but it was Hop's sharp eyes, really. I just thought it was yet another strange CS model I didn't know till he raised the question...

And like FHopkins I will happily apologise if we turn out to be wrong. No problems admitting when I make a mistake. We've really only asked questions though - certainly not thrown around any bad language.

Close-up photos of the back of the headstock and the heel of the neck would help. Under the pickguard would be good. And no CS guitar travels without its Certificate of Authenticity: let's see that.

Cheers - C

Hey 4tune

Be sure to let me know when you are ready to sell that guitar...I love it and I'm about to come into a lot of money. I should only have to wait a few more days for that Nigerian Prince to give me the 50% cut of his $20 million bank account. Apparently, he only needed me to help him pay a few thousand dollars in bank fees.

Imagine how lucky I am...out of the hundreds of people on the internet, he contacted me to help him. And now I find this great guitar possibly for sale...what a week! lol

Umm, why would you sell the guitar: A, if your Dad got it for you as a gift? That's just mean..
B: I would never sell one of my guitars including the fact if I was broke. Just a few months ago I couldn't make any good deals, and I was low on gas because my car loves gas so much, and I still didn't sell any of my guitars..keep it if you love it..
