Alright, well i have still yet to figure out the whole dating guitars thing....... :roll: The year of course haha, no im not whacked here.
I was hoping If I was to post my serial numbers on here that maybe someone could help me out and let me know the year and such, And along with any other info they may know about it. At the moment, i do not have my guitar right with me, But by tomorrow I will. :arrow: SO, I will repost back in a bit! ;). Thanks

Now, im gonna guess that the last 0 is a zero not an o. But i guess try either one. Thanks, hopefully someone can help me out here ; ).

Its a 04 standard or highway one. The Z denotes 2000-2009 (what will they do next year?) american non deluxe guitar. The first number after the letter tells you which year of that decade. Nineties guitars have a N prefix, Eighties have a E prefix (so do some japanese instruments).
Deluxes have a D then a N or Z, D denotes deluxe.
Vintage reissue and japanese instruments have a system invented by the mad arab mystic and writer of the necronomicon Abdul Alhazred (read some lovecraft) :wink: .
Mexican guitars have a M then N or Z prefix.

My guess is it will be a T for 10, or an X if they go for the roman numeral, to save the T for twenty.
