Are the road worn strat are pretty much Classic player strats with tex mex pickups and made reliced, or are they entirely different guitars from the ground up?

Fretboard radius is drastically different. The bridges are different also.

That's correct!

So the Road Worns are probably based on the Classic Series reissues.

Oops...my bad. I meant the Classic Series, not the Classic Players.

The specs are identical, except for the pickups and fretwire and coating finish.

They also have been finnished using Nitro too- the Classics and the relics are really different from each other- allbeit they are of the same type- Classic '60s and Relic '60's
