Usually I'm bashing at my guitars pretty good.

Really depends on the song, of course, but I don't usually play "light" things.

My other guitar is a Strat.

Light touch, mostly but sometimes medium and very rarely heavy. In thinking about it:

light, fingers only -- 25%
light, pick and fingers - 25%
light, pick (light pick too) - 20%
medium attack (with light pick) - 20%
heavy (but still light/thin pick) - 10%
