You could call that a Wender, or a Formouth.

He clearly mentioned at the very beginning that the guitar had a Warmoth body and new set of pickups. As for the tremolo if it was not the original one then all I'd care is for it to be new and be an American vintage one.

I'm quite surprised at the perception that some here seem to have of Warmoth, I have to wonder how many of you actually used Warmoth parts... Their bodies are custom shop level quality. Their necks do need fretwork to be optimum, and optionally roll the fingerboard edges but if you know how to do the work it's pretty cheap, even if you have to pay a luthier it's still a good deal if you want to change the neck on your guitar.

Interesting he has modified his add and is now offering "Fender Eric Clapton Strat Pickguard assembly and Body" I have heard some good things about those Warmoth bodies.

I wonder what happened to the Clapton neck?

She still is pretty in that Daphne blue

I saw one Clapton neck listed by the guy 1-2 days ago ( I'm in the market for one or will just part out a used EC Strat... ).

That Daphne blue looks sharp when Eric is playing it, I'm just not sure I'd like to have it on any of my guitars...
