Hello niki my friend lol Clapton loves the V neck dont blame him, ive never tried one only read about it, very thin and fast, had to include it. May I take a few moments to tell you all my dear friends here that Vinny Pop has finally been launched in USA and the world today through the biggest whale organisation and one of the most respected Savethewhales.org the song Make A Friend Out Of Me is now on the site to do its work. So I hope I can share my joy with you guys and gals about that. Mrs Vinny Pop helped write some of the lyrics and hopefully when the whale eaters hear it they will seriously think about what they are doing. This is my biggest effort since and success as a music producer songwriter since 1994 so its been very long and dry in between. When the song becomes world famous maybe Fender will actually release the Vinny Pop strat hahahahhahahahahahhaah

I'm pretty sure anyone who tucks into a whale a day is fully aware of what they are doing.

What weight line do they use? Do shakespear make 40ton fishing line?.

Joking aside all the best with it mate.

Vinny, Are you gonna be making a trip to the US. Things are going poorly for us with the current administration so if you want to tour the US you better do it soon. I would like to meet you if you do make the trek over here and I can offer you a room(spare bedroom) here for at least 4 nights no charge (seriously).
If you wait too much longer I may leave for NZ or Australia. I hear NZ's got things somewhat sussed out. I'm just tired of paying 45% of my paycheck to the government so unless something changes in 2010 I may roll on.

Russ

P.S. I don't want to start a political argument. If inclined to do so please save that for another message board.

Thankyou Deadahead thats a fantastic offer and appreciated but I cant go anywhere at this stage. Am living with parents mum is fighting for her life brain cancer dad is old but going well and wife has spinal injuries, she can walk and manage, I am a full time carer to them. We are ok and managing, I thank God I can write to you all and you are all Gods medicine to me. I still write record and promote my music and any worthy causes that arrise or I can think of and once again thats a generous offer. Are you an American citizen Deadahead and want to migrate to New Zealand for ever. Things will get better in the USA, I believe Obama may become your best and greatest president dont lose hope, it may take the world 3 years before we start to see improvement and faith returning to the economies. Till then stay calm and dont stress. New Zealand is a beautiful country but seriously I think the employment situation is not that great there but Blerties would be able to fill you in more accurately on that one.

Well Vince I will pray for your family to get better and regain their strength. I do disagree with your analysis of Obama but everybody is entitled to there own opinions. I have no desire to start a political argument. However the unemployment situaiton here is pretty sorry and only getting worse although Mr. Obama promised it wouldn't go abouve 8%. Oh well! So you say unemployment is bad in NZ, how are the taxes. What about Ireland? How does the employment situation look there and how is the tax code? OK OK enough of this political nonsense. Lets talk guitars. I'm about to post a new topic about cables/leads. Lets discuss those.

Russ

Thats right, unemployment here is on the rise as homegrown companys pack there bags and head for China- Fisher&Pykel, major refrigeration brand has done so. Line7- company who does sailing gear and who is a major sponsor for Team NZ Americas Cup Challenger has gone belly up also since the credit crunch. We had an influx of american folk after sept 11, NZ is out of the 'terror alert' rubbish- and quality of life is wayyyy better here. You want clean and green? come get it!!! We have had a change of government that dominates from the centre left and is now National led- Our prime minister is John Key. He is a numbers man. He grew up in poor state housing with dreams of being PM, worked for merryl lynch in the states and eventually winning election here. He is an Internationl economist by trade and knows how to run the show. Signs are that we are recovering from the crisis already- sooner than expected.

The Pros of living here? well I have to say that we Kiwis are happy and healthy. We are ranked amoung the highest in the world for overall life satisfaction and wellbeing. We lead a very high standard in food quality- now I say Ive been to 17 countries so far in my life- I have never had better anywhere else.- maybe Italy and Greece come close as they are passionate about food. You will never find fresher produce, fresher meat, Dairy products (milk, cheese, meat, etc...) are favoured internationally and are a big export.
We are seeing a lot of Kiwis& aussies across the Tasman too for that matter come here because of the diminishing water supplies over there.

One thing to note dude, I got asked about our football by canadians and americans while overseas- Our players don't wear helmets or padding mate, they play on grass- and they are as rough as guts.

Also mate- Australia (vinny will agree with me) has the MOST beautiful women in the world!!!!!
Im going to take some photos of our beautiful country when I pick my guitar up and post them all- Im sure you will love them.

I myself truth be told here- am the only Kiwi in our family. My mother and my sister live here in NZ and the rest of the clan are aprawled out in Vic and Queensland, Au. My eldest brother and family, Auntys and uncles and cousins in Dandenong & Belgrave- just out of Melbourne. My middle brother is in Mackay- in tropical Queensland... I have a love for Australia, its a beautiful place. The wildlife is soo diverse- I think it maybe the most diverse. The sun shines, the women are beautiful... you cant go wrong there. 8)

Thanks for the prayers Russ and my observations of Obama are only what we are fed in Australia so you know what is really going on. Blerties you make an excellent ambassador for New Zealand and yes Australia has beautiful women and they are very tough but one of my first loves was a kwi lady Blerties and she was gorgeous. I wil never forget the night we met and became friends, it was a concert as a duo with my bro, she was all over me. But later on I found out she had a child and a man in her life so that ended that, but boy was she gorgeous and when she counted to 10 hahahahahahhahaha, the kiwi ladies hate counting to 10 in front of Aussies as they say six like sex. Happy I met her.

Being single can be a drag I know and being married can be worse sometimes. I found the best relationships I had was when not single or married just close friends with the opposite sex. And the really special relationships were those that didnt involve any sex. This only happened a couple of times in my life but did realise that pure clean relationships if you can find them gave back more than sex could ever give you. To have someone love you and accept you when you have nothing to offer other than companionship and an ear will repay itself with love and what is love worth to you.
