Hi,

I've recently gone back to playing after selling a Deluxe Strat Plus in Fire Storm Red a few years ago. However, I'd love to track one down as I regretted selling the one I had. I've been looking for a few months, but with no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions on where I should look?

I've checked eBay and contacted Jeff at xhefriguitars (a really good guy), who suggested I keep looking there, but I'm seeking alternatives.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Tony

check ebay often. I collect the Strat Plus Line, and Firestorm Red was one of the rarest colors on the Deluxe. might I ask how much you got for it?

Jeff is a really great guy indeed, and knows as much or more than me about the Plus series.

Thanks for your advice - I'm starting to realise just how rare that colour is :( . I sold it about seven years ago for the equivilant of about $900. As I live in Northern Ireland, pretty much every USA Fender is more expensive than in the US, which may explain why is was worth about $900 at the time.

I'll be checking out eBay as often as I can in the hope that one might turn up. If it doesn't, then its just not meant to be.

I was hoping that somone might be able to refer me to a particular store that can source Plus' and Deluxe Plus' - if you have any ideas I'd love to hear them.

Cheers

TM

Unfortunately, there isn't really a place out there that specializes in the Plus line. sorry that I couldn't help you out there. I'll keep an eye out for you, or let you know if Jeff wants to ever sell his! :)
