That is one killer ax ,I was just talking about it and the Murray strat as two of the hottest new guitars out there. I would like to get both but I have to check out the Smith and see how the neck is as I hate those thin neck guitars but maybe this has some meat to it .

This is a Metal guitar as well. If I had the money, I would buy this over the Adrian Smith Jackson any day:

http://www.fender.com/products//search. ... 0118802806

Of course I would love to own that one as well.

Yeah it would be better if they made artist models for both left and right handed players. It seems leftys get the shaft a lot.

They are both $2,000. I have to say those Jacksons are expensive. I have never played one and was wondering if they have those thin Ibanez type necks which I hate. At least the Murray strat I know what it would feel like. I had just written a post why Fender does not make any hot Humbucking guitars .BOY DID THEY ACT FAST.

I can't speak for the Jackson strat style guitars, but the Charvel San Dimas & So-Cal necks are quite impressie! Nice satin feel to them, and they have a very close to true strat feeling. I'm guessing that these will be similar since Charvel & Jackson's relation to one another.

Looks like a Charvel to me. What's the difference?
