Hi guys I was wonder if I could put Fender pickups on a guitar that is not a Fender (Its a Jay Turser 300) I now pretty bad guitar. Thats why I want to switch the pickups on it. Thx for your help guys!

With desire and cash and slill, almost anything can be done with a guitar.

The essence of a solidbody electric guitar is a steel string creating a distubance in a magnetic field (in a pickup) which sends a signal to the amp. What platform you start with is extremely variable.

And most people learn a gob from doing a project guitar. Have fun.

you should just bump your one post rather than post the same thing multiple times.

Yes, Fender pickups should fit fine. If you go with non-Fender singles, your guitar should take F Spaced on the bridge and middle. F Spaced for the neck too if it is 1 11/16 at the nut. Or rails where string spacing is not really an issue.

You may have to change the pickup mount depending on how they mount there pickups but if it is a single coil whole it should connect and fit just fine..Not a major job look it up on the internet and if you have any skill at all with a soldering iron should be a pretty simple task..
