Post subject: Changing Pickups?!

Hi guys I was wonder if I could put Fender pickups on a guitar that is not a Fender (Its a Jay Turser 300) I now pretty bad guitar. Thats why I want to swiych the pickups on it. Thx for your help guys and girls!
