Hey everyone this my first post here , but have been lurking for the past couple of days. Does anyone know if I can replace the deluxe locking tremelo with the new deluxe tremelo with no mods to the body and if so can I just use the pivot points that are allready there . The problem with the locker is the lack of string height adjustment, and neck adjustment just doesn't get the action low enough for me. Also I have done a search for warmoth and everyone here seems partial to them ,but harmony central reviews seem pretty bad for replacement necks .My neck is just a little chunky for me and I would hate to spend alot of money on junk so I am very nervous about comitting to this company . Thanks

If you are worried about the quality of a Warmoth neck, I don't think you have much to fear. Their reputation is very good. Also, I recently got a (Fender licensed) Mighty Mite neck for a project Strat that I am very happy with.

I don't know if this is any help to you, or even addresses your question... :?:

Yes - same posts. Deluxe trems use a 'snap in' whammy bar - yours has the screw in type.
