Hello!!
I will buy a Fender Stratocaster. The color will be Olympic white (it is a left-handed Strat). Someone who owns a LH Strat, told me that Olympic White is like a creamy beige color, while Artic white is the whiter white.
Looking at the color chart, I've seen that the color similar to beige is the artic white, while olympic white is the whitest white......like the pickguard (the color is very similar).
On the color chart this colors seem inverted.
What is the olympic white color?!!
Thank You :) :)

To my eyes, the Olympic white is closer to a "pure" white than arctic white, but is still a little creamy. I would say neither is a brilliant white like, say, the Gretsch White Falcon.

I've often wondered about Olympic White. Being that OW was the 1st and only white for a while means that it would be concidered Fender's "White."

As to the "Creaminess" to the white; OW ages and turns a slight yellow color over time. Infact when it comes to vintage Fender colors they may vary greatly. Even two guitars of the same color can look different depending on the enviroment, the paint used, the undercoats and clear coats.

From my experience classic OW is a yellowed or cream colored white and artic white is a brighter white. I've even played a pearl white Strat.
