I have a 07 Highway One Strat my sting action seems to not stay in place. Like my action kinda of close but doesn't stay or maybe it's me. I heard once that Fender Strats are known to have string height problems, is this true? I use .010 gauge stings.

Are you in a place where humidity swings back and forth?

Did a pro tech set the action?

'Might want to consider a couple micro-drops of thin threadlocker after getting a good setup.

Never personally had a problem with the Strat action 'lowering itself.'

Look down the neck from the pickups each time you notice a change. Does the neck look bowed in one direction or another?
